These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Hilton Exterior Cleaning (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the client (“you,” “your”) for contracted exterior cleaning services. By entering into a contract with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services

1.1 We will provide exterior cleaning services as outlined in the contract agreement, including but not limited to pressure washing, roof scraping, soft washing, gutter clearance, and fascia/soffit cleaning.

1.2 Additional services may be requested but will be subject to separate pricing and agreement.

2. Contract Duration & Termination

2.1 Contracts are valid for the agreed-upon period stated in the contract (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually).

2.2 Either party may terminate the contract with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice.

2.3 We reserve the right to terminate the contract if payment terms are not met or if access to the property is consistently restricted.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment must be made as per the agreed schedule (e.g., upon completion, monthly invoicing, upfront payment).

3.2 Late payments may incur a 5% late fee after 7 days and an additional 5% for every subsequent 7-day period until full payment is received.

3.3 We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

4. Access & Safety

4.1 You must provide clear and safe access to the areas requiring cleaning.

4.2 We will not be liable for incomplete work due to restricted access or unsafe conditions.

4.3 If work cannot be completed due to access issues, a call-out fee may apply.

5. Liability & Insurance

5.1 We are fully insured for public liability and damage caused by our services.

5.2 We will not be responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear on surfaces, fixtures, or fittings.

5.3 Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

6.1 You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

6.2 Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

7. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

7.1 If adverse weather conditions prevent us from carrying out the work safely, we will reschedule at the earliest convenience.

7.2 We are not liable for delays caused by weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. General Terms

8.1 These terms may be updated, and you will be notified of any changes.

8.2 Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with UK law.
